OVERVIEW
The Integrated Foods Group is a well-established vertically integrated agribusiness with large scale farming bases in the Eastern region of New Zealand and Canada, and a boutique lamb processing in Napier New Zealand. Our sales and marketing operations are based in Napier New Zealand. The farming operation is focused on the supply requirements of sheep products for both domestic and export markets.

Integrated Foods Ltd
Integrated Foods Limited (IFL) was formed in June of 2003 with the express aim of amalgamating resources, expertise and technology to achieve an integrated food supply chain providing differentiated food products for our customers.
Since its establishment in 2003, in depth understanding of processing operations and supply chain to the market combined with the fostering of excellent customer relationships, have seen the group develop an enviable market position both domestically and internationally.
Integrated Foods manages 16,000 hectares of productive farmland and is considered a trailblazer in the development of integrated food operations – maintaining control over quality from pasture to plate.
Integrated Foods Marketing Ltd
In November 2003, IFL acquired the assets of an existing meat trading and marketing business. This business is known as Integrated Foods Marketing Limited (IFM) and has introduced processing and marketing skills into IFL. The IFM marketing and sales team are located at the processing plant in Napier.
In addition, IFM continues to develop its trading business and owns quotas for access into UK/EU sheep meat markets. To date IFM has developed Lamb programmes with customers in Asia, North America, the UK/EU and peripheral European and Pacifica markets. The NZ domestic market is an important initiative for IFM as we build new specifications and services in support of a growing domestic customer base. The IFL and Fresh Meats businesses have attracted considerable attention through the accuracy and consistency of specification combined with year round product availability.
Fresh Meats NZ Ltd
In June 2006 Integrated Foods acquired the processing business of Fresh Meats NZ located in Napier, New Zealand. Fresh Meats is principally an Ovine processing facility with slaughter and further processing facilities, primarily focused on the procurement of lamb for added value processing and sales through selected export and domestic market channels. We buy lambs from suppliers throughout the North Island and we target deliveries twice daily to minimize standing time in the yards.
The plant is a fully licensed facility with access to European, North American and Asia aligned markets, we are also a Halal approved plant. Our current Halal certificate is available to view here.
Lamb Club Marketing Ltd
Lamb Club Marketing Ltd was formed in 2016, with the principal aim of building awareness and confidence in the Lamb Club brand throughout North America.
Canada Sheep and Lamb Farms
Canada Sheep and Lamb Farms is a business venture between Sarto Sheep Farms Inc. of Manitoba, and Integrated Foods Group of New Zealand. Together, the businesses make a great combination, with Sarto Sheep Farms Inc. bringing its proven highly productive sheep flock, facilities and experienced team, and IFL Group with it's extensive experience in large scale integrated sheep production and lamb processing for domestic and international markets.
